At this time, we're not sure when they will be resolved. We're working with the state networks solution team and Microsoft for repairs. Monday is our best estimate for a complete systems fix.

- Process online business applications and renewals.
- Update our website or access external web pages.
Our posted web pages will have information about this ongoing issue to make applicants and taxpayers aware of potential delays.
If you need information, we do have access to the BLS systems for:
- Account information.
- Reports and files.
