One remaining issue: Customers calling the 1-800-451-7985 number may not get through immediately due to call volumes. Advise them to hang up and call back immediately. They will be connected eventually.
Reports and files accessed via https://sft.wa.gov are available and up-to-date.
The Partnership Services team is working to process requests and catch up. If you need immediate assistance, please call 360.705.6735.
