BLS City Partners –
We all knew when Initiative 502 passed in 2012 that we’d
have a lot of questions on the path to retail sales of marijuana in Washington
State.
More and more of those questions are getting answered. Next week,
there will be a public hearing on the draft rules that will govern the
licensing of producers, processors, and retailers.
For more information, check the state Liquor Control Board’s
information about I-502
implementation, which includes answers to frequently asked questions
on marijuana licensing.
