Hi, Partners,

The BLS data and systems are now online and fully functional again.
NOTE: If you have not logged out since before 11:30 a.m., you will need to completely log out and then log in again.

Sorry for the interruption today.

------------------------------------

We are working to resolve these issues. Our phone, online, and email support services are still available to you and applicants, of course.

Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated time frame for systems to be back online.

BLS City Partners –

We all knew when Initiative 502 passed in 2012 that we’d have a lot of questions on the path to retail sales of marijuana in Washington State.

More and more of those questions are getting answered. Next week, there will be a public hearing on the draft rules that will govern the licensing of producers, processors, and retailers.
For more information, check the state Liquor Control Board’s information about I-502 implementation, which includes answers to frequently asked questions on marijuana licensing.
