is once again upon us and the Telephone Information Center (both BLS and Tax)
has become an extremely busy place. For the next two weeks, callers
should expect longer wait times and busy signals when trying to reach our call
center. We are less busy early in the morning (between 8-9am) and later
in the afternoon (4-5pm) so we recommend that taxpayers call during those times
of the day so their wait time is shorter. We
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Local B&O Tax Cities
The city of Renton has implemented a Local Business and Occupation Tax effective January 1, 2016.
