Effective April, 2014, the
business license will be held if a business applies as a domestic (Washington)
entity that registers with The Office of the Secretary of State (SOS), profit
corporations, LLC’s, nonprofit corporations etc. and they have not
completed the SOS registration. In these cases the applicant will receive a
request for information (RFI).
This
change may cause concerns with your application summary (ARD). Some issues may
include:
· Money being transferred to city accounts prior to getting the ARD
· ARDs reflecting $0.00
The money is still
transferred to your account and reflects on your Account Financial Control
Summary (AFCS). For reconciliation, compare the ARD to the AFCS that the money
was received on.
