calls resulting in busy signals and hold times. We are working to reduce these issues.
Call volumes are highest at midday. The best times to reach the
BLS Call Center are before 10 a.m. and after 2 p.m. weekdays.
If you hear from local businesses, please
advise them to call in the early morning or mid-afternoon for faster
service.
