Alicia joins the team after working since early 2016 with the
Registration and Renewal team. Raised in San Antonio, Texas, she moved to the Northwest three years ago. She loves country music.
She is a Customer Service Specialist working weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to support all of the BLS city
and agency partners.
