My DOR portal slow Tuesday morning


Customers accessing My DOR site are getting slower than normal response times. Some are seeing “a network error has occurred” error message.

This affects all users of My DOR, including taxpayers, business license customers, and BLS Partners at agencies and cities. You may need to refresh your web browser -- push the F5 key -- if you get an error message.

Revenue's Information Services Division is working to resolve the issue. We will update of any changes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Service speed is slow. Refresh the page [F5] if you get an error.
