No more combined tax and license balances in Partner Portal

The combined tax and license debt no longer viewable to agency and city partners. These balance fields are removed from ATLAS Partner Portal.

This is an update to information shared in March for Rollout 2 of the Systems Replacement project.

Banner information   red, all-caps notes stating Request for Payment, Non-Sufficient Funds, etc.  will still show at the Account Level (green bar). The combined balanced of debt and credit on the tax account will not display, however, for improved security.

Combined tax account balance information is no longer displayed at the Customer Level in ATLAS Partner Portal.
The image above shows the fields that are suppressed for account security.

The slides presented in March 2019 for ATLAS Rollout 2 have been updated.
