The SecureAccess.wa.gov (SAW) portal will get a new look starting Thursday. The SAW changes will not affect the look or functionality of the My DOR portal.The SAW changes are focused on improving the customer experience. The new SAW portal will show the Washington state logo, improving the display on mobile devices, and offer enhanced help features.
The update is slated to be complete by 8 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 3.
