Airway Heights elevates local licensing with BLS

The city sited between Fairchild Air Force Base and Spokane International Airport is aptly named Airway Heights.

Today, that high-flying community is the 99th local partner in the state Business Licensing Service (BLS).

Home to more than 8,000 residents that support the nearby aviation installations, Airway Heights has about 300 active business that will be able to combine state and local licensing in a streamlined application or renewal process.

It is the seventh Spokane County city to join BLS with nearby Cheney, Medical Lake and Springdale joining in the coming month.

Welcome, Airway Heights!
