Improvements to the Online Business License Renewal process for city licenses are now available to businesses customers.

The changes are intended to speed up the renewal process and make it stylistically similar to online applications familiar to many customers.

The updated features give users an easy-to-follow process to fill in required boxes. The new process has the same look and feel as the updated online business application deployed in June. The new process also removes pop-ups and consolidates several affirmation boxes into one step.
