Lynnwood is newest 'link' in BLS

Joining its regional neighbors, Lynnwood is the newest Snohomish County city to link up to the state Business Licensing Service.

More than 5,000 businesses are in Lynnwood, home to the popular Alderwood Mall and nearby shopping centers.

Situated at the nexus of Interstate 5 and Interstate 405, Lynnwood is a growing city of 40,000 that is 15 miles north of Seattle. It joins neighbors Edmonds, Marysville, Mukilteo and others in the popular service. Mountlake Terrace and Mill Creek join soon.
The city's popular convention center opened in 2005.

In 2024, the Sound Transit "Link" light rail will extend from Federal Way -- another BLS partner -- north to Lynnwood bringing even more business growth to the region and connecting the vital communities by passenger rail, commerce, and the state's premier combined licensing solution built to expedite service for Washington businesses.

Welcome, Lynnwood.
