Chelan is home to 5,000 residents at the southeast tip of its namesake lake – a glacier-fed 52-square mile reservoir with a shoreline dotted by resorts, wineries, parks, and other attractions.
All incorporated cities in Chelan County – world-famous for its fruit orchards – are connected by BLS. Chelan is now joined with Wenatchee, Leavenworth, and others in boosting commerce by linking to the state’s one-stop service that connects state and city licensing processes.
With two million visitors yearly, the Lake Chelan area is among the most popular Pacific Northwest recreation destinations. |
