The view from the city of Chelan is as lovely as ever today as the idyllic lakeside community becomes the 144th BLS city partner.

Chelan is home to 5,000 residents at the southeast tip of its namesake lake  a glacier-fed 52-square mile reservoir with a shoreline dotted by resorts, wineries, parks, and other attractions.

All incorporated cities in Chelan County  world-famous for its fruit orchards  are connected by BLS. Chelan is now joined with Wenatchee, Leavenworth, and others in boosting commerce by linking to the state’s one-stop service that connects state and city licensing processes.

With two million visitors yearly, the Lake Chelan area is among
the most popular Pacific Northwest recreation destinations.
