My DOR multi-factor authentication feature now working normally

The multi-factor authentication (MFA) security feature linked to the My DOR and SecureAccess Washington (SAW) login is again working as expected.

Revenue's technology service providers have fixed the MFA validation email issue first reported on Thursday, October 28.
