DOR offices open by appointment
Revenue offices, except Port Angeles, are now open to the public by appointment only. Hours have changed since 2020, so check the Contact Us page for locations and hours. All visitors should complete an online health screening before coming to an office. Doors remain locked, so visitors must call the number posted on the door office upon arrival. All customers and Revenue staff must wear a mask during in-person meetings regardless of vaccination status.
City Endorsement Information report available with one click

The city endorsement information (CEI) report is now linkable from the ATLAS activity screen.
This popular report is a two-page PDF file that summarizes information about the business.
Instead of using the ATLAS Reports manager to get the report, users can now click “View CEI report” on the right side of the screen.

BLS finishes 2021 with 191 local partners
About 25 years ago, the combined local licensing partnership started with just two cities. Next year, the BLS partnership will boast more 200 connected communities managing commerce and planning with Washington’s unique licensing one-stop. A total of 120 new local partners have joined in the past four years.
- Electric City joins in December as the 191st BLS city partner. The city near Roosevelt Lake is now linked to neighbors Grand Coulee and Coulee Dam. Nearby Elmer City and Nespelem will join in 2022.
- In Thurston County, all incorporated communities are linked by BLS as Bucoda joined the partnership. The historic town is north of Centralia and south of Tenino along the Skookumchuck River.
- In Eastern Washington, Wilbur joined the partnership in November. The town in Lincoln County was incorporated in 1890.
- Also joining this fall were the neighboring cities of Algona and Pacific in the Green River Valley in the suburban communities southeast of Seattle.
