Work items updated with Non-Resident endorsements

Some of you may notice small changes to your My Work items.

Due to the changes required for the new Model Ordinance and revenue threshold requirements under Chapter 35.080 RCW some city license/endorsements had to be changed. This change caused some work items that were created before December 31 to be removed and a new work item to be created.

Specifically these are the items in your queue previously showing as City General Business. They now show as City Non-Resident Business. Because of the change in endorsement type, any information contained such as notes or the endorsement status were not retained. Items in “pending” or “on-hold” status may reappear in your queue. Conduct your usual review and approval process for these.

To see if a change was made since Monday, use the account history in the Activity screen. Click the forward or backward arrows. See image below.
