Today, we achieved these by adding some user-friendly improvements we think you will like. We enhanced pages for regulatory endorsements issued by many state agencies just as we had done for city licenses last spring.
All information is neatly collected inside the Revenue website at dor.wa.gov. The layout improves readability and usability.
New BLS website features include:
- easy-to-read menus
- expandable accordion lists
- fewer forms

The mobile-friendly site can handle browsers on PCs, tablets and phones. Since 2017, most users are accessing the site from a mobile device.
BLS content is hosted in the secure Revenue site though links redirect users to updated pages.
