City of Roy joins neighbors as BLS partner

The Nisqually River starts at Mount Rainier's Nisqually Glacier
and flows west near Roy and other Pierce County communities.
Roy is just an hour's drive from the Mt. Rainier National Park entrance.
Roy is the latest Pierce County community to link to the state’s Business Licensing System (BLS) one-stop shop.

BLS allows businesses to register for and renew state and local licenses in one convenient process.

Roy is home to the Pioneer Rodeo every June and September and situated in the western shadow of 14,410-foot Mount Rainier. The community of 1,000 locals is along State Route 507 and adjacent to Joint Base Lewis-McChord.

Roy joins regional neighbors such as Yelm, Puyallup, Sumner, and Orting in the local licensing partnership.
