Mill Creek commerce gets a boost with BLS

The newest partner of the state Business Licensing Service has been ranked as one of Money magazine's "Best Places to Live".

Mill Creek in Snohomish County is southeast of Everett and home to 20,00 residents who live in the friendly neighborhoods that have expanded since the city's incorporation in 1983.

In 2013, Money ranked Mill Creek 36th best small town in the nation by calculating factors such as the local economy, housing, schools, public safety and a sense of community.

At its center is Mill Creek Town Center along Bothell-Everett Highway with dozens of local businesses that have grown steadily for the past 20 years.

All of the businesses now will get an easier process for licensing with state agencies and nearby cities like Lynnwood, Marysville, Mountlake Terrace and many more.

Welcome, Mill Creek.
