Lyman is along the North Cascades Highway in the Upper Skagit Valley.
It joins Concrete in the service with fellow neighbor Hamilton joining next week.
Dozens of local businesses will immediately see the benefits of streamlined license renewals already enjoyed by their neighbors in Sedro-Woolley and Burlington. BLS supports about 600 different types of regulatory licenses among dozens of state agency programs and more than 130 Washington municipalities.
