Improvements will deploy later this month
As a result of in-depth usability analysis and feedback from our customers, we are making improvements to the online Business License Application.
This improved version of the application will feature a number of user-requested enhancements, including:
Customers will also see a new look for city web pages.
To highlight these improvements, BLS Partnership Services is offering webinar "walk-throughs" for city and agency staff.

- no more duplicate address entry,
- a more guided experience, and
- flexible navigation for business license updates
Customers will also see a new look for city web pages.
